Kevin is a healthcare attorney with more than 20 years of experience. He is the Founding Member of Fairlie Law, LLC where he practices in the areas of healthcare regulatory compliance, general healthcare counsel, corporate and transactional law, with a special emphasis on the representation of Fire and EMS agencies across the country. In addition to his extensive legal experience, Kevin has held a number of executive positions including General Counsel as well as CEO for multistate EMS companies.
Kevin has represented numerous Fire and EMS agencies in major state and federal investigations and has worked closely with the U.S. Department of Justice in EMS investigations. He recently represented 10 Fire based EMS agencies in a federal False Claims Act investigation jointly lead by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Office of Inspector General (OIG) in Washington D.C.. Kevin is frequently invited to speak at national Fire and EMS conferences and is a regular legal contributor to national EMS publications.
Kevin obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
